I work with founders and leaders when strategy alone is no longer enough. Together, we uncover what is shaping the choices, patterns, and possibilities beneath the surface so something new can emerge.

Meet Arielle
My curiosity about consciousness began early. I grew up surrounded by unconventional ways of thinking, spiritual inquiry, and entrepreneurs building things in the world. Questions of inner life, vision, risk, and creation have always been alive in me.
That curiosity has taken many forms, from contemplative practice and time in wild nature to a decade teaching and leading interdisciplinary programs at the University of Colorado Boulder. Today, my work draws on extensive training in Somatic Experiencing® and The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership.
I work with founders, leaders, and groups navigating meaningful change. Often, what got them to where they are now won't take them where they want to be. Together, we uncover the patterns shaping their decisions, relationships, and ways of operating, opening up new possibilities for how they lead, live, and create.
My work is both expansive and practical. I'm interested in transformation not as an end in itself, but in service of what people are here to create.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and directness to the work, along with a presence that doesn't hurry or shy away from what needs to be seen and faced. My aim is to help people see more clearly, trust what they know, and act on it.
